Talbot Howe specialises in delivering high quality courses and workshops designed to support teaching and learning across the curriculum, as well as courses on the strategic development of ICT, network management and e-safety across the East of England and beyond.

The FITS (Framework for ICT Technical Support) courses have been developed from the wealth of experience and best practice gained managing networks in the commercial sector and then tailored for schools by Becta and the FITS Foundation.  The FITS Practitionercourse and the FITS Advanced course equip network staff with the knowledge and experience to deliver efficient and cost effective IT support to staff and students. FITS provides schools with a structured service delivery management framework and customiseable network management tools. Both the Practitioner and the Advanced courses are accredited by SQA.
